As a pilot you know that one of the most dangerous areas for midairs is over VORs. That's where the crisscrossing happens.
One time I was flying in t a busy area, Chicago, NYC or similar. I could see aircraft at many levels it was interesting how the contrails varied with the particular altitudes.

If anything has changed I think it may be the number of flights by large aircraft, or atmospheric changes that make vapor trails seem different nowadays.

I don't mean I agree with Al Gore when I mention possible atmospheric changes either.

Dasani is bottled from the local tap water, but it is filtered via reverse osmosis and has minerals added.
