I have to by some cooler toys before I come out, I'm buying a sportical this month, that's all I'm really able to afford right now, and that's only because I'm getting it at cost +$40.

All you need is a handgun and a holster, if you shoot a .22 you don't even need a holster. See the thread at the top of page 2011 in this thread.
