Favorite fair food?

Definitely the cheese on a stick and corndogs...but, this year, I had a Pork Parfait.....don't knock it til you try it....

Layers of pulled pork, bbq sauce and mashed potatoes topped with bbq sauce....damn tasty!

Just having moved from New Jersey the Tulsa Fair will be my wife and I first experience. Other than eating enough calories to kill half the population is there anything else people can suggest to check out or do?
