The ruger 9mm and 45s are also not second rate.I have owned Kimbers,Colts,Sigs and Rugers. The rugers and sigs are the only ones that have not jammed or caused a malfunction.I paid a whole lot more for the colts and kimbers than I did the rugers. For the money I think ruger is a good gun.I would say that Llama is to the semi-autos what rossi is to revolvers.

That P97 that he uses got some awesome reviews I noticed. I saw one review that claimed a 5000rd test with 0 failures.

Now that's impressive. :)

Believe it or not,I actually voted for Glock.
;)

:gun2:

The Glock 21 is definitely my favorite model but I can't aford to feed it and it's difficult for me to conceal comfortably in all situations.

2 thumbs up for the G21. I love my 21, but it's not a summer time carry piece for me.

My Ruger Blackhawk 41 magnum never jambs, always feeds, and will make people piss thier pants seein that big .41 cal barrel lookin them in the eyes. And if I were to have to pull the trigger on someone, the 210 semi wad cutter will put a hole in someone that won't be fixed.

Ruger's .22s are FAR from second rate. What Two Brave says may be true of their larger calibers but definately not the Mark series of .22s.

I will have to agree with Mack45. I really like the Ruger .22's Mark series. Very nice pistols and I wish I owned one. I was referring to their larger calibers and the .22's just slipped my mind.

I'm going to try and edit that last post of mine.

A stock Glock will jam less than any other semi-auto. Also, they cost less than most other semi-auto pistols (excluding Hi-Points and other guns of similar quality)

I can say from experience, even my tricked out G34 has maybe, just maybe, one hick-up every 5k rounds. The results are even better with a stock Glock.

Not to flame, or start anything, just posting my opinion. First, I have owned several GLOCKS, and voted for GLOCK, BUT, the Springfield Armory XD line is also a very, eXtremely reliable handgun. I prefer the GLOCK to anyother gun for many reasons, feel, accuracy, durability, and most of all reliability. As far as polymer guns go. Then you have the Sig and H&K which are also good quality out of box guns. Rugers are known also for thier reliability! I currently own and carry an XD40 in 4", but am looking to trade it for a GLOCK! I have many more accessories and holsters for GLOCK!

-my name is Jay too. :)

How can something "jam" less than something that never "jams"? Sorry but I've owned Sigs, H&Ks, and :gasp: some 1911s that have been perfect aswell.
