The Supreme Court is the law of the land and US v Miller & DC v Heller should trump this case if challenged / appealed. The Supreme Court likely won't hear this case unless there are at least two conflicting decisions by the lower courts. This ruling has no affect on us right now, only Maryland gun owners. SCOTUS also doesn't like to hear 2A cases unless they have a very strict focus.
