Yes they can be tracked, but most forum owners don't have that capability and the tools at their disposal don't go as deep as a web developer depending on the forum format.
I'm an administrator on another forum, I don't have those tools because the developer didn't release them.

The right-to-healthcare thing: if we all have a right to healthcare, that means I was born into this world with a financial obligation to pay for other people's healthcare; I don't accept that.

All I can say is TJ is who he says he is, anything else will get me banned....again. It's bigger than you think.

Why in the world would anything else get you banned? Is it owners or mods or something?
I know there was a HUGE issue involving people with multiple accounts last year that drove a group away, but I got lost in all that shuffle and never could get it all straightened out. PM's work for me too if you want to loop me in.
