I wonder if the .gov will have an issue with the police seizing his military gear, especially if it's issued items. Sounds like common sense is out the window these days on all sides.

William Alemar was charged with committing a terrorist act after police found him carrying two knives and ammunition clips, and wearing a bulletproof vest.

So what terrorist act did he commit?

They found military items at his home? He was in the Guard awaiting another deployment? Yeah, I can't imagine why. I hope he breaks it off in the DA and that city. This kind of **** needs to stop.
