Seriously those that drive impaired should be severely punished.
1st offense lose their license and a year in prison.
2nd lose their license for even longer and 5 years in prison.
3rd 20 years.
Kill someone, a shot to the back of the head. No long appeals process. just a bare room with a drain in the floor.

Getting to be more and more evidence that it can cause addiction in some people. It is a mental addiction instead of a physical one but without pot everyday some users can not function.
