Grab Bars?

Ii need to install grab bars in the house. They are supposed ro keep me from falling down as often as I do.
Does any body know of anyone who could install them for us. I tend to fall down 8 to 10 times a day. sometimes
without my walker ad many times with my walker. Hurts morer with the walker... i fall most often in the
bathroom. I hit my head a lot on the edge of the sink or the tub and even the shower. Ceramic tile seems harder than
metal. i seem to remember it differently. Any way.... can you'all help us?

I wish I were closer. You could have someone run a 1X6 and screw it into the studs and then screw the rails to that. It'd be real easy. Hopefully someone can help.
