129 before tax which is outrageous. I think theyre under 100 at TK but this one is a rough 1942 so it has character.

I believe they recycled old hex receivers through the end of WW2, with recurrence dipping in the early war years and rising once again the last half of the war.

According to 7.62x54.net there were no hex recievers dated 42. Hmmm. I picked this one out because its rough like a 45 dated K98. I cant wait to tear it down and see just how rough the barrel is(machining marks).
