Gunbot ammo search website now requires you to register. It used to be free....so to speak.

This got me thinking, could someone develop a website site like this and use it to track who is searching for ammo and use that info for devious purposes?

Gunbot has yet to make me register. Though I haven't been quick enough to find any deals on it in ages now that the entirety of the internet is using it.

But I am fairly certain it would be simple for the creator of said website log and store personal info similar to how facebook sales info to advertisers.

I'm betting that the registered users will soon be getting some email solicitations soon. Probably done so that advertiser will pay him for his troubles.
