It appears that gangbangers may have been involved. They had to move out of their home because of death threats and promises of retaliation. I think they are currently under police protection.

Lets just hope the charges stick, it will likely be a plea-out type scenario involving a lesser charge/sentence. Not that I agree with that at all, it just seems to be the trend in these types of cases.
