It's not that bad and it works- when you first do them you need to plan a couple hours for things to relax though.

I didn't keep any statistics, but back in '76-77' when I was first married, my wife got a job at the phone company. They sent her to Enid for training for 3 weeks. My day off was Wednesday, so Tuesday I would have to run up and spend the night. About a 90 mile drive.
