The first is a JC Higgins, I think made by Marlin. I got this for Christmas it 56.

I really need to get it refinished. At sometime in the past, it looks like someone cold blued parts of it. That is the rifle that I first taught my kids to shoot with. It is a fun rifle to shoot.

savage model 24 in 22/410. has the rare tennite stock,shameless plug-its for sale

and the famous marlin 39 purchased from the original owner who bought it in 1967

You don't see many Model 68's. I have a 67 which was my Grandpa's. It was seriously accurate with iron sights. I can't begin to tell you how many squirrels I shot with it, mostly head shots.
