Romney is establishment politics. He talks a good game but his foreign policy is nearly exactly the same as the other guy. He would be just as addicted to spending as the other guy just on different things. He gave the other guy a road map for national health care. I'll concede that Romney was the lesser if two evils. but if elected every part of his adgenda would have been fought tooth and nail by Dems and the media so getting anything done would be extremely difficult.
Of course the 2nd amendment issue would be much less prevalent but that's just one issue. Maybe there might not have been tax increases, maybe not this soon at least.
I think one positive would have been a perceived confidence in the business community. I think the economy would have spiked if he was elected, even if temporary.
Folks, I voted for the guy in the big election, not in the primary, as he was the lesser of two evils. But in the end he was the guy who lost to the guy who lost to the guy he was running against! How freakin stupid are we and the establishment for allowing that? We shot ourselves in the foot! Pun intended!
We got BIG problems, even though I would have rather seen him in the White House than the other guy, Romney was NOT our answer.
Conservatives need to start picking better candidates. They need to vote out old establishment shills. It's gonna start locally, then at the state level and then we can start changing DC politics. Good luck to America.

Where has Obama been lacking in character? He has socialist, statist policies you disagree with and that he happens to try to force on the people, doesn't mean he lacks character.

Obama played the majority of the women's vote, the hispanic vote, the african American vote, the young people vote and the Gay/Lesbian vote to the tee. It may not be politically correct to say, but that's what happened. It's the truth. All of these groups will lobby and they will put forth the concerted effort to make sure that their candidate gets elected...

The remainder had Romney. Lesser of two evils, but not enough people were excited enough to rally. The republican party had as much to do with Obamalamadingdong getting elected as anyone. Until there are candidated the American People can BELIEVE IN and get behnd nothing will change.

The Government needs to be purged. THAT TOWN NEEDS AN ENEMA.
