The oldest rifle in my safe is my dads 1891 Agrentine Mauser, H e ought it mail order for less that $30. Slickest bolt action I've ever worked (never handled all that many) and shoots pretty good. He had it "sporterized" before I was born but it wors good for what it is. Someday soon I will begin reloading for it.
One of these days I intend to find an unmolested copy.
