What happened?
I see people driving just after sunset without headlights all the time...I just don't get it...how do you not know or care enough to turn on your lights? A couple of yrs ago, I made a right hand turn on red off SW 89th and Walker....came just a couple of feet from getting t-boned because I didn't see the black chevelle hot rod speeding at me without any lights turned on....I thought I was toast.....and to top that off, they screamed lots of colorful words at me so when I yelled back at them at the following intersection, they decided to follow me and jump me....well, my XD40 prevented that....but that's another story..lol

So you think he was in the wrong?
I do. Show me any law that says that you can break the law to catch criminals in action? To me this is nothing more than a miss use of power. If it would have been a regular citizen you would be in Jail now awaiting bond hearing!

Did I say that? Was the law enforcement officer driving without headlights on not in the wrong? I looks like CYA in in play here! We just need to wait and see the toxicology report. If the officer would have had on his light would the guy be alive today? The State had better pray that I wasn’t this kid’s attorney.
