Just a reminder. Night night.

I did say CYA! Why is everyone assuming he was drunk? It should have never happened! insted of protecting the safety of the public we continue to do thing like we did then back in the 60's! I think something needs to change! This is BS!

Driving a dirt bike like his on the road is illegal, no tag, no insurance, no headlight, driving left of center on the wrong side of the road and not proven but with the possiblity of being intoxicated? He also was not wearing a helmet which like the possibility of being intoxicated may or may not have been a factor in his accident and death. If he needed to get home he probably would have made it if he was driving on his side of the road at slow speeds like 1st gear. I do feel sorry for the guy and his family, he just made some poor decisions

Its not like the warden was going 75mph down the turnpike blacked out, I would bet if anything he was doing 15mph or less. For his own sake of safety and to do his surveillance while being blacked out he was probably doing 10mph or less. The only question I would have is if the Warden was operation at a speed considered unsafe for blacked out conditions.

Easy fix. Put safety reflective tape on the front of the Warden's vehicle, problem solved. That way he can run blacked out, yet still be avoided when headlights shine on him. Wait, nevermind...
