I was racing dirt bikes by the age of 10 and enjoyed trail riding on the weekends. I am 45 now and they were some of the best times in my life.

Another problem is that the dirt bike had no provision for a headlight, and by law is not allowed to be on a public road.
The rider was totally at fault in all areas of the situation.

He made poor choices and paid the price.

You need to learn accountability. Sometimes it's just your fault, can't always blame others and sue somebody. You are the problem with this country.

I have paid my dues! I got your problem... I take full accountability of my actions! Who is did I blame? Speak up big boy!

I can agree with that also! but as kids we all did stupid crap. It all part of beng kids.

Did I say that? Was the law enforcement officer driving without headlights on not in the wrong? I looks like CYA in in play here! We just need to wait and see the toxicology report. If the officer would have had on his light would the guy be alive today? The State had better pray that I wasn’t this kid’s attorney.
