Sometimes I have to clean up beer and get some spilled on me. So if I get pulled over on the way home, I would be drunk according to some of you.(although I don't drink beer)

LOL! Now the search for straws has hit a new high!
You make a correct point that the toxicology report will prove drunk, impared, or just having a beer, but that is no excuse one way or the other for driving a dirt bike with no provisions for a head light on the wrong side of the road.

You keep pulling stuff out of your ass. If you die doing something illegal, no matter how tragic, it's still your fault. You can keep trying to make it someone else's fault, it's not. Real simple, he played the stupid card and payed with his life. Tragic yes, but nobody else to blame but him.

Looks to me like you keep pulling stuff out of your ass! You are correct it is the fault of the policies and procedures put in place. We now have the technology to patrol areas like this and keep out Officers safe while doing it! Once they are spotted then move in.

Right....

You need to learn accountability. Sometimes it's just your fault, can't always blame others and sue somebody. You are the problem with this country.

Gonna take a wild guess that you haven't the foggiest about more effective methods of game law enforcement, namely tactics used against spotlighters.

What more effective way than driving legally in a dark state as allowed by law to aprehend a spotlighter would you reccommend? We have covered the airplane issue, and that was a fail.
