It a simple fix! Hire a few pilots to patrol certain areas you’re having issues with. It safer and a hell of a lot more effective and the end of the night. It’s not that hard! Stop making excuses for stupid procedures that lead to this kid’s death. Someone just lost a kid needlessly!

So a pilot would have to fly around with his lights out to keep from being seen? Have you ever been in a small plane in the middle of the night? the plane makes noise heard for miles?
