Headed to Ft. Worth this afternoon and saw a dude in shorts only, stumbling along in the center median. Just as I passed, I looked in my side mirror and noticed a black and white had just pulled over to make contact. Dude looked like he had been hit or pushed out of a vehicle. Anyone know the skinny on this?
