Thanks for the update, Doc. I woke up thinking about him this morning. Praying all goes well.

I got up at 8:00 and was thinking about David before 8:30.

My first half hour of the day is usually spent trying to not fall over.

Hoping & praying all goes well too.

David's wife called me and she says:

"He has finished his open heart surgery. They found a dissection and a tear into different parts of his heart. They fixed that, they've done everything they needed to do and they are closing him up now. The doctor said it went well."

So we can say a prayer of thanks, though he still has a long row to hoe and recovery of course will be long, the worst part seems to have gone well.
