I need a beater vehicle,,,

I need a beater vehicle as a spare driver.

I had an accident with my 2022 Hyundai,,,
The repair shops all said it 4-6, maybe 8 weeks,,,
So I definitely need a car to get me from my boonies home to the grocery store.

Anyone have a car that runs, has all working lights, and decent brakes?

I can spend up to a grand on the car,,,
It just needs to start every time and get me to town.

LOL, well we are close! I do have a beater that is legal, all lights work and will get you from A to B... But alas it is ugly as old man balls and is a tad bit over your maximum threshhold. here is my 1998 Nissan Frontier for a stagering price of $1250. I am open to partial trades!

My cousin just got a little 2009 Chevy car (I don't know what model) for driving to work for just $1,500. A trade in at a Ford dealership . And it gets close to 40 mpg. The deals are out there. Just go look.

P.S. I do have rental on my insurance,,,
But it's only for three rental days.

The problem remains though,,,
I live in the boonies and have no way to get to the rental agency.
