Big boy x 38/357 is awesome suppressed and hard to find. If you can only load yours via the tube, I wouldn’t think about threading it. Side gate loading is a must.

No, that's probably a waste of time and money, and lets everyone know you're a bubba and they'll take extra care to make sure you don't go near their stuff. It's like school in the summer - no class.

Your latter choice would be what I'd do. Or get one of the newer Marlins or Chiappas that are already threaded also.

I had the Henry in hand at the gun counter.
Left instead with a stainless ruger 77/357
Cut the barrel to 16.5 and threaded 1/2x28.
Rotary mag is much easier to change than pushing rounds in a side gate IMO.
