Hi,

I've got the 550 and I've loaded 9mm, 38 special, 40s&w, 10mm, 44 special, 44 magnum, and 45/70 on it. One of its best attributes is that you can switch from one caliber to another very quickly and easily.

What you need:

550 with conversion kit and toolhead set up for your 1st caliber
case gauge
dial calipers
powder scale
primer flip tray
reloading manual

What you want:

strong mount
bullet tray
aluminum roller handle (trust me on this one, it's worth every penny)
bullet puller
extra toolhead with powder measure and stand for any extra calibers

Anything else is a nicety that you can honestly do without.
