You are right in saying that many here would not do it, because there are better ways to "follow convictions". It is just like the people that protest the war by "walking around nude" i don't look at people like that and think way to stand up for what you believe in. The people that spend time, money and effort contacting congressmen, etc... is the people that are making a difference..
