I'll be getting one. But it's gonna be awhile, I just got a 4s about 3 months ago, so I'll be waiting a bit. Love the 4s and will just throw IOS 5 on it for awhile before upgrading.

Yet, it will continue to be the best selling smartphone of all time. A6, Retina 4", LTE, iOS 6, iTunes, iCloud, super thin, even better camera than iPhone 4s (didn't think that was possible), etc. Ya, so unimpressive...

Yep, I usually get every other new one that way I qualify for the upgrade price. Pretty good deal considering you can sell the 4 (not 4s) for $300 on eBay. Did the same thing going from the 3g (not 3gs) to the 4. Made a hundred bucks and only cost me having to renew my contract. Sure it's another 2 years, but seeing as i've had the same carrier for the last 8 years it's not that big a deal to me.

4 out of the 7 things you listed I view as a negative point and 7 out of 7 have been done already on Android for years. This phone is a joke yet the ISheep will continue to buy it even though it's already a year out of date at the time of it's release. Hell, my Samsung Captivate had a 4.3" screen three years ago, so by my standards that puts it three years out of date already.

If you are comparing it to the Samsung Galaxy S3, you're right, the S3 is superior - although you might as well be carrying a tablet that thing is just too large. The RAZR HD though should compare nicely, slightly heavier phone but smaller than the S3.
