I can hear their knees jerking from here.

I would laugh heartily if they banned "high capacity clips" (using that exact phrasing in the bill) and high-cap magazines weren't affected.

But luckily the House would never let that through (well, hopefully).

And hopefully Obama knows that most Americans won't be down for that and realize that he has better things to do.

And what the hell is a "high capacity" magazines. Seems to me that magazines are magazines, and if anything the mandated 10-round magazines are "low capacity".

Idiots.
