If a relative out of state was able to legally buy some ammo due to availability, what are the legal concerns of him shipping it to me in OK, if any?

Yup. I think you can even just write ORM-D on the side now... no official label required.

Other Regulated Material for Domestic transport. Small arms ammo is marked this way on the outside of the package. Ammo cannot ship via Post Office, only common carrier such as UPS, FedEx, etc..

Does anyone KNOW for SURE if UPS requires signature with ORM-D packages?
I was told by a UPS counter person that it IS required, but I've heard people say that even the UPS people don't know their own regulations.

It's a crap shoot as to wether or not. I've had to sign for a couple hundred rounds but UPS just grabbed a dolly and dropped off 11k rounds with no sig before.
