I don’t know if it’s the only one, and it has been too long since I’ve seen it to remember, but IMDB says the opening credits of Halicki’s movie end with just one acting credit, the one for Eleanor.Fair. I can't remember which one it was (probably the one your reference) but I remember reading somewhere that an Eleanor was the one car given an actually casting credit for a movie in history.
