Front Range harness by Ruff Wear. It won't stop a dog from pulling. That is an obedience issue that needs worked on.

I suck at proof reading. I was trying to say she was being pulled on her skateboard. Dog actually walks on a leash pretty well with her collar but for some reason the kid thought the dog was her new stallion and the skateboard her chariot

Yeah, we've been thru it a few times ourselves. And assuming we live a decent amount longer, we'll go through it many times again. Never gets easier though.

And I like your Scout. Our Emma is our second corgi and I like them almost as much as I like boxers.
