The BBC mini series from the early 1970s, “The World At War.” It doesn’t have much in the way of Eastern Front information since the Soviet era archives were still unavailable, but the interviews with surviving senior commanders are very interesting.

Agreed. Can't believe Scorsese dropped the ball on that ending. Big continuity faux pas there.
