Queenie and Bruiser

Queenie is a primarily white tri-color beagle about 25 lbs. She should have her collar on her. She does respond well to squeaky toys.

Bruiser is a primarily brown tri-color beagle about 16 lbs. He has a hurt back left leg and is limping. He should have his collar on him as well.

Both dogs are microchipped and have tags on their collars.

We live at SW 44th and Council. Since my wife and I are unable to have kids these are our "babies". Please help us find them as soon as possible.

Please call if found. 405-205-4100 or 405-388-1638

I ran beagles for many years....Go the last place you saw them and put out clothing you have worn. Check back before daylight...

Cotton tail rabbits run circles, and jack rabbits run for miles in a straight line.
I've lost my beagles to jacks, and put a hunting jacket down where I saw them last. Came back in the AM and found her resting on my jacket...

Hope you find them. One of my favorite breeds.

**UPDATE**

A gentleman by the name of Tanner found Bruiser around 7:15pm at the 7-11 about a mile from our house. We quickly drove over there and picked him up. Thank you Tanner for being such a swell and honest person.

While Leah and I were lying in bed we heard a bark at the back door at about 9:45pm.

Sure enough, Queenie found her way home. Of course she's muddy and full
of stickers but my wife is giving her a bath as I type this. Thank the
Lord both of our dogs are home safe.

Thank you everyone for keeping an eye out!!!

Great news. Glad to hear everything turned out well, I can't imagine how we would feel if we lost any of our 3 dogs and 2 cats as they are our kids too at the moment.

Congratulations. I know the feeling of losing dogs and the joy of getting them back home. As a longtime beagle owner I can't even count how many times my beags have escaped. Seems like this time of year and especially when its rainy or snowy their instinct is strong and they escape. I have an electric wire I run on the fence and it works but when a bunch of leaves pile up on it it shorts out and they dig under. Saturday they dug out and I had to chase them down but I wasn't far behind them and they were howling so I only had about a half mile hike back to the road and called my wife for an extraction. One thing I've learned is to not give up and you will find those dogs. Listen for them and just keep hiking.
