Friend just sent his pistol off to Ruger, from RMA request to return, was just around a week. 4 weeks sounds like a long time.

Update: I called Magnum Research yesterday and was informed that the barrel end (stainless steel cap) was off center and thus causing the the bullet to clip the cap and shoot left. They told me they replaced the barrel and shot the rifle at 50yds using CCI 40 grain for 20 rounds and it functioned as it should. I emailed them yesterday evening for a tracking number and hope to get the rifle back this week (fingers crossed).

I got my rifle back today. I won't get to shoot it for a week or two but I am looking forward to it, unless I sell it first. I believe Magnum Research to be fast concerning their warranty work, I am impressed with their turn-around time. Here is a look at the new barrel at the muzzle end.
