I agree... helluva move by Magpul. I feel sorry for the poor schmucks in Colorado who are getting hosed by their elected representatives, and all praise to Magpul for trying to help them get some purchases in before the "infringement of their rights".

Hmm, I have some Colorado friends that I have been meaning to catch up with.

Unfortunately tho', there will now prolly be many folks who try to pull that stunt thereby reducing any significance it would have made.

IIRC, Oklahoma is currently introducing a bill which will offer protection from the unConstitutional infringements of federal firearms law, provided:
a) The manufacturer is an OK resident
b) The item remains in OK
c) Uh........I can't remember it all right now so you'll have to look it up yourselves if you havrn't already.

You guys are aware of this are you not?


If it passes, it would definitely be a very nice incentive for some of the big manufacturers to relocate here.

If they come down south, my guess would be Texas. I wish they would move to Oklahoma.

I could see them moving to Wyoming or Utah, as they are both gun friendly and in the mountains still.
