Several posts half way through the thread, not saying verbatim that Obama is not anti gun, I was generalizing, but many posts saying Obama hasn't done anything against gun rights and that Obama is mild compared to some antigun stuff of the repubs and it's just an NRA fabrication that Obama is antigun. I can't get post number from my phone bit it was around one of your posts an clays post.

One redeeming quality of a Romney Presidency would be his short list of SCOTUS nominees. Also, his malleability seems to work both ways, so enough pressure from conservative groups can shape his policies. Of course, I would have preferred a more politically principled candidate win the office.

Reagan was barely better than Carter, and much worse in those aspects.
