Not that hard to make a bag..
Left over vinyl from my boat interior..I installed used up lizzard litter that i cleaned brass with for filler.
Installed this into 2 baggies. The taped up one is all sand in some newspaper wrapped with duct tape.

The vinyl ones also have some leftover lead shot in the bottom of the bags for weight..this is in baggies also.

Now you say well i do not have any vinyl.
Hit the apartment dumpsters..people toss out old vinyl furniture all the time.
Heck on craigslist last week there was a FREE Leather sofa..Yes real leather and it was brown..
I almost got it...You could make gun bags or a shooting mat or whatever from that.

Great idea..I used a sleeve from a sweatshirt to make a neck brace for when i ride my motorcycle in the winter time.
Keeps air out from under the helmet , and doubles as a safety device ..

Too many people buy the simplest things to make. I will have to credit my I owe nothing life to being crafty.
I do owe my grandmother some for teaching me how to sew when i was about 8 or 10
