Fiddler was arrested on April 7 in Washington County on a misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. She pleaded guilty on Aug. 16 and was sentenced to a one-year suspended sentence and drug and alcohol evaluations, which included random drug tests.
I have no doubt in my mind whatsoever that if many of these drugs were legalized, this would become a much more frequent headline.

Newsflash! Druggies are gonna get their drugs no matter if we make/keep them illegal or not.
It's not the drug or the gun. Its the person.
Stop making excuses for these lowlifes. They dont deserve to have a cop out even if its drugs.
