It’s been a few years since I’ve eaten there, but I don’t remember ever seeing that on the menu. That’s pure insanity. I enjoy a good steak dinner from a restaurant every now and then, and Cattleman’s has always been a favorite of mine.

I've always stated the TCSH buys the already dead select cows for their menu. I've had okay steaks from there, but never something I brag about. Tough and over cooked every time.ok from a little different perspective???? just think about the size age of that cow or bull that came out of?
