I would love to give him a home, but for two things, 1: we live in an apartment with a no pet policy, 2: you wouldn't get him back.
I think you did this and the cat was conned into a pic so you look innocent. I've seen it before. I swear honey bunny it was the cat look I got a pic. While you snicker in the background. Just remember that cat knows where you sleep and can silently take you out. So I'd say watch ya back cause he's coming.
