I always get a kick out of folks going into a panic when military cuts are brought up. My God - we might be at some sort of risk! Let's see; we spend as much on our military as the next 17 nations combined. If any cuts to that massive expenditure may result in the United States somehow being at all vulnerable, are we really getting our money's worth in the first place?

And yes - our debt is a much bigger threat than any military on the planet. It IS what will sink us.
