Costa Azul for me. I love em. Costa Azul makes everything gargantuan. I always have to split the nacho plate with my 14 old son its so big. Great guacamole too. I go there usually for the awesome azada tacos and yummy tortas but we always get an order of nachos for a side. Its so big though a person could make a meal out of it and take some home afterwards. Its on 31st between Mingo and Garnet just about a block east of 169 and right next door to a Whattaburger.
I went there for lunch this Wednesday. It's my favorite Mexican "sit down" place in town. I go there if I don't want to eat Mexican in the cab of my truck.

Tricked out nachos from Fuddruckers, consisting of chips, lots of cheese, sour cream, guacamole, seasoned ground beef, Queso, salsa, and pico de gallo. Holy freakin Crow where they ever good.

Was that in Tulsa? I've been seriously disappointed in that place the last two times I went (especially for the money). They're out of either Ostridge or Buffalo (can't remember) completely and several of their condiments were out with a sign that said "ask chef for XYZ".

The food was meh and their portions have become tiny on extras (like chili - they gave me a tiny catchup-sized cup of chili for my "chili-cheese burger" - with a slice of cheddar on the burger, no shredded cheddar, nothing fancy, just a less-than cooked to my expectations burger with a square slice of cheese and a shot-glass of chili on the side.

I said all that to say I hope those nachos were better - that might give me a reason to try that place again (if Chipotle's wasn't right across the street).
