National Ass'n for Gun Rights

I just received today an unsolicited letter from Senator Rand Paul about joining the National Association for Gun Rights. I've never heard about this 2A organization. How are they different from the NRA, GOA, CCRKBA, etc.

On first glance, they support constitutional carry, oppose red flag laws, and want you to send them a donation. So... similar to the NRA. Here is their website for information:

The NRA supports Constitutional Carry? Hmmm... wasn't aware of that. We couldn't even get them on board to support Open Carry in Oklahoma before it was passed.

I thought they supported it, and vowed to fight to overturn the NFA? Weren't they leading the fight to get suppressors de-listed?
