By denying employees by policy the ability to exercise those rights, they imply they will provide security. I am unaware of a company that provides any counseling needing in case of a traumatic event, and pizza hut sure does not send any security to the stores or along with the delivery drivers. Their answer is apparently wait for the police to show up to help and hope you make it okay...

I'm not sure it implies the company will provide security... I think it may imply that the company doesn't care about the safety or well being of their employees in any manner.
