Everyone knows I've almost made it all my life without indulging in the evil black rifle orgy until recently when one strangely showed up in my possession. :hithead: I suspect everyone who knows me very well at all knows I know very little about these bastard machines. So humbly come before you evil drug dealers asking for help. :rolleyes2

What is a decent low cost scope mount for one of them?
Mine has the T markings one the top of it.
I'm not looking for a $200 or more mount, basically because I'm not going to put a $200 or more scope on it.
I just can't focus on the dang iron sites.

Can you help a brotha out? :anyone:

If you have trouble focusing on the sights, and don't really need magnification, you might want to try using a red-dot scope.

I had a cheapo version when I got my AR, so I thought I would try it out at the range.

It worked very well out to 400 yards, the range limit, and I much preferred it over a regular scope.

The older I get, the more I like red-dots and lasers.

Just another option.
