My boy really wants a pump action bb gun, shotgun style. Can't find what brand he uses in the movie. Plan B for me is the mdl. 25 Daisy, but would really like to get the same kind as Kevin uses in the movie. Anyone know the brand?

I think they modified a BB gun to pump action for effect. I don't think it really functioned. Just my opinion.
This is the one that I've found that is closest to the one in the movie. Not sure if he used an earlier version of this.

Looks pretty cool and at a decent price, too. And it's not a crazy velocity at 300 fps. I don't think you could go wrong with that one, unless it breaks easily.

My cousin used to have one like it when we were kids... it has a pump on it that actuates a hinged lever. Pain in the butt to operate if I remember correctly too...
