Need help with gas fireplace

There is a control board that opens a solenoid to allow gas to flow, my bet is the card has gone bonkers..

How old is it?

Do you live in a rural setting?

Other gas appliances working properly?

Is it connected with CSST, could have a kink in it?

Gas valve is shut off or control knob off.

Can you not burn wood in it? My fire place has a gas pipe in the back that is capped off and I burn wood, makes more heat and keeps my wife happy. Sorry, I don't know anything about those hi-tech fireplaces.
