OH PLEASE DO EXPOUND !!!!!!

Where can I gather more info on this subject

Four years ago, Gumm wrote and passed Senate Joint Resolution 54. That measure, which has the force and effect of law, directed the Oklahoma Department of Commerce to partner with Murray State College to spotlight Oklahoma as the new location of choice for firearms manufacturers.

I think this is what I had in mind. The State wants to help not hurt manufacturers.
Anybody else has more info?

Update:

Good to hear that you're going to be arming the American "Law Enforcement" community with a weapon that their subjects aren't going to be able to have access to.

Visiting with a "participant" of this project we have came to a conclusion. This is going to be a VERY VERY specific type of firearm (wetworks/VIP protection). Not going to be one of those multipurpose weapons (M4). You don't take a sniper rifle to clear a room and you don't take a 1,000 yrd shot with a shotgun". This weapon will be, in my nonbiased humble opinion, a dominating force to be reconed with within the specific situations mentioned above.

In conclusion, with a heavy heart, this design most likely will not see alot of production within the civilian configurations. The overriding thought is there would just not be a big enough market within the civilian market to be profitable. I'm starting to mull over some other designs though, multipurpose civilian use weapons.
