New Income Tax on Gun Owners

I was told, but have not been able to verify, that there will be a $50 tax included in our 2010 federal income tax, and that a psychological evaluation may be requested by the government for each gun owner who reports as gun on his/her income tax forms.

Can any one confirm or deny this information.
